Recently joined Virgin TV, B.Band and Home Phone and transferred home phone number from SKY. Many of our contacts can not now ring our Home Phone number from their Landline or their mobile. I can get through with my mobile but my wife can not using her's. Message says something like number nor recognised. Has the Sky number been "Ported" properly?
