Well after the power cut the engineer came and re-started my landline but then I discovered I'd lost my Caller ID and 1471. I rang and spoke to a lady who didn't seem to know what "Caller ID" was but said she would have the problem dealt with but it would take time. I've been away for 2 weeks but still have neither. What I do have is Covid!!! and cannot face another difficult telephone conversation at the moment but really need this sorted. My neighbours all had the same problem after we were re-connected after the power cut.

Thanks for those details.

Caller ID and 1471 have just been re added for you now. 

I just need to advise it may take 24 hours to go, But its usually immediate.
