For the past 2 days our landline has not been working as there is no dialing tone when picking up the receiver. Our immediate neighbor has the same issue and another Virgin Media landline user close by too. This must be an issue in the SW20 area which needs to be investigated and resolved.

I've had a check over things for you, and it does appear that this is a confirmed area fault as you may suspect - we do have an estimated time of fix on this now for you though, and I can confirm this is to be 21:20 tonight.
