It has been a week now since our phone stopped working. I have had two engineers out and it was supposed to be fixed last night and then again this morning. We run a small business from home and are losing work day after day. It’s not like you are able to forward calls as apparently you can’t do it. Can someone please tell me when this will be fixed? Please don’t say 48 hrs I have heard that twice already

I have looked into this and can see an area fault that has a current estimated fix time of 8pm tonight.
