I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.

 

I've run diagnostics on your line and the network is clear at the moment. Are you able to try another handset in the socket? This is to make sure the handset isn't causing the fault.

I have been without a landline for four days now, I am repeatedly being given timelines for it to be fixed, none of which have been met. Nobody from Virgin has contacted me during this time, and I find it staggering that in this day and age a solution can not be found in four (and still counting) days.
