Landline voicemail

As some stage we seem to have 'gained' voicemail on our Virgin Media landline and we would like to disable it/turn it off. Any advice on how to do that would be appreciated.

This is something we can remove for you however we would need to pass data protection and confirm a few details with you first.

I can see that you are already in an open conversation with one of my colleagues, if you like you can requested them to disable your mailbox if needed.
