Landline via hub not working

The landline is not working.  There is a blinking red phone symbol on the hub. I have turned it off and on again. I have a dial tone on the phone, but cannot ring in or out.  The self check via the website says there is not problem, but clearly there is.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your landline at the moment! 

I have checked our systems and I can see that there are some issues with your downstream power levels. This could be causing issues with your Hub and landline connection. The best way to ensure that your broadband and landline connections are working as they should, would be to arrange a technician appointment.
