My switchover date was 27 march but I’m unable to dial out or receive calls as my hub only has 4 yellow ports and not the grey one mentioned in the instructions. Do I need a new hub and if so how do I do this.

Did you get this sorted? yes you need a new hub, if the position of the hub isn't an issue such that you don't require additional wiring work done to connect your phone and you're confident in doing so, you should be able to do order a hub self-install kit.
