Just had Gigabit installed with land line and a mobile (about 2 weeks ago actually)
All well apart from the landline switch over
BT line still exists and working with no cancellation on my part
When I plug my phone into the home hub ....nothing !

Not sure about the wait bit ...
I requested a number port when they re contracted my broadband to include the landline and mobile and upgraded my to the Gigabit speed
Then the adaptor failed to arrive so they sent me another but the number port seems to have fallen off the end
I have NOT told BT I'm off yet 😉
