Landline still not working ...

Hi,

I have been unable to make or receive calls for the last week.  The engineer visited this morning (8/8).  He checked that we could send and receive calls and said everything seemed ok with both our phone and VM's network.  He also mentioned that VM is experiencing global phone line problems.  The service status for my area is all green.  Unfortunately as of this afternoon (8/8) I still cannot make or receive any kind of call.  Also the 1471 service also doesn't work.  I've now been without a functioning phone line for over a week.  Can I book another appointment please?

Sorry to hear you're landline is still not working. I can see that you still have an open private message conversation with one of my colleagues. If you have any further concerns with this landline issue, you can continue your conversation with them so they can investigate this further for you.
