Anybody having trouble with their landlines in the BH18 area

Thanks for posting and apologies for the landline issue. 

I have done a system check and whilst you are affected by an SNR (signal to noise ratio) issue, you're not affected by that on the phone line.

Have you got a dial tone or anything like that?
