My elderly mother has had issue on and off for weeks now with landlines dropping out. No dial tone. She has a 24h emergency call assist which then pushes out a message saying no line connected morning noon and night which is distressing her. I have tried all physical checks and reboots when last visited with no success. she is yet again left with no landlines and no emergency support if she falls she has tried calling and I have no idea if anyone is looking athe issue or not.
Please help resolve.
