Had no incoming / outgoing calls for 2 days now - no dial tone. checked phones in test socket on wall - no joy. Any ideas?

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Richdac, and I'm sorry to hear of the landline issues.
Have you possible tried to use a different handset on the wall socket to see if this gains a dial tone?
Can you confirm if the socket you're using is the master socket?
