Landline out - no dial tone BN14 area (Worthing)

Don't seem to have landline service - status checker says there's a TV problem (we haven't noticed anything) but that phone service is OK

I'd phone Virgin to check but, as the phone's out....

Anyone else in BN14 7 area lacking a dial tone?

Sorry to hear that your telephone is currently down.  I have located your account from here and there does appear to be an area issue.  So that I can record that you've reported your loss of service, I am going to send you a private message.
