Landline not working

Count bn41 2yp as another area with no landline connection since Friday, have tried all the status checks but gets me nowhere. Cannot get an answer on virgin network just a page telling me that all is working ok. We will still be expected to pay bill as usual when we have not actually had the service we expect from virgin. Service from virgin is not fit for purpose at the moment

A warm welcome and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you've been without a working landline since Friday. We can certainly understand the frustration this issue has caused you.

Remotely looking for our end, our systems have advised you are indeed being affected by an area fault currently.

This is affecting your landline until 8.55pm this evening. 

Our engineers are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.
