Sorry to hear of the landline issues experienced over the last few days, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
Can you confirm what the issues is with the landline? Do you currently get a dial tone? How is the service set up, is it via a wall socket or the back of your Hub?
Do you have a spare handset you can try? If it is a wall socket, is there another wall socket you can try if you haven't already?
