I am hoping this can get to someone from Virgin as each time I try online i get a message "no one is available please try in office hours"
As this is Friday lunchtime and within the noted 8am to 8pm "available hours" I am a little confused.
Dont have my mobile so cant call them up

Are you having problems calling, receiving calls or both?
Is the service intermittent?
Is there a dial tone?
If there is a dial tone, is it crackling or changing tone at all?
Can you please ensure that there is no damage to the cables and also test a different handset for me?
