Landline not working

Landline is not working due to changeover. I cannot get hold of anyone from virgin media to talk to. I don't have virgin mobile. How else can I contact them? Tried Whatsapp that didn't help. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my contract as I need the landline.

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your landline, can you confirm if are you porting it over or if is it migrating from copper to fibre (being plugged into the hub)?

I think it's migrating from copper to fibre, I didn't realise that after the switch over they would completely switch us off.

We didn't get any instructions so I'm guessing it should have been a tech booked visit
