This is done Via your online account, when you run a diagnostic check and an issue is picked up.

Ok. But we still have no phone line this morning and the service status is still telling me there are no issues with our phone line.

Thank you for reaching back out, we are sorry to see your phoneline is still down and that the Service Status isn't picking up the fault, you can also call our faults line on 0800 561 0061, the fault was picked up and logged on 02/03/22 @ 08:53 and the estimated fix time is 04/03/22 @ 10:05, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Update - our phone line is working again, flippin' yay! Have spoken to my mum, which is the most important thing.
