Landline not working - keeps happening. Cannot report fault on myvirginmedia

Hi,

Once again my landline is not working. Dedicated VM phone socket not connected to hub. It went down for a month before and came back for a few days. Now it's down again. No dial tone whatsoever. Try calling number from mobile and get constant engaged tone. Done all checks, phone is fine. Checked test socket beneath panel etc.

I have lost patience with this pathetic service.

Sorry to hear that this is still an ongoing issue for you, have you checked on our service checker to see if you are presently affected by any outages? You can check this here.

We would also advise running all checks provided on our website here.
