As I predicted my land line is not working again. This is a quote from the online help chat last time this happened a couple of weeks ago:
"I've checked the account and found out that we need to update all the system information in your account. Since that you are one of our loyal customer the code in the account needs update for you to get the best service we are offering."
Well what ever that was it worked for a day at most. I am not only a loyal customer, I am paying Virgin a lot of money each month for a phone that doesn't work.
