Our landline has stopped working again although showing service status is okay????

Hi sp51cer,

 

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear your line isn't working.

 

I've had a look at things from our side and can see we're aware of an outage. 

 

Current fix time is today at 4pm, please keep us posted with how you get on.

If there is a problem with why does status when checked say no problem????

I'm sorry there are no updates online.

 

Not all issues will show online, if you call 150/ 0345 454 1111 it should confirm the outage.

Have you found a problem with the phone not working????

Are you advising that you are still experiencing issues?

I have no dial tone and status says working okay.

My son has just tried to ring Virgin and there is an automated message saying no phones in this area
