Landline has been down for almost 2 weeks, Frustrating conversations on WhatsApp finally it worked on Wednesday night and managed to get through on 150 to speak to an agent to ask what the issue was as no communication to tell me the fault had been resolved. Told the issue was now fixed, but this morning it’s not working again.
Service check indicates TV and broadband issues but not with the phone.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having issues with your landline service.
We do have an open area issue currently that is affecting the use of the landline service for you. This is being investigated and the teams are already trying to get things resolved.
We don't have more information on this just yet so as soon as we do, we will let you know.
