Landline not working Cannot receive or make calls

This is becming monotonous

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your landline again. Appreciate that isn't ideal.

I have checked our systems for you and can see this is due to an area outage. 

The latest update we have is: We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way.

We expect to have this repaired by 22:55.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Why does this keep happening? 

I have had a card delivered from CityFibre, should I move to them?

We'd hate for you to leave us. There is a fault which our engineers are investigating and working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Your patience is very much appreciated.
