Morning
After weeks without a phone line due to house move and an unacceptable wait for installation (5 weeks)...
I still cannot receive incoming calls (not happy) of known working hand set
I can make outgoing calls, however continuous tone when try to ring landline from any other phone
Tried different set of known working handsets = same
The phone is connected directly to the router (by VM engineer)
It's now been around 8 weeks without incoming calls, so my family can't check on me
I am 90 and live alone - this is unacceptable (and I am paying for services)
I don't really have the will or hearing to call 150
