Hi we transferred over to VM from sky wishing to keep our old number. When I was 1st switched over I could receive incoming calls. But over the last month we have not been able to receive incoming calls. We spoke to an advisor being passed from different departments to be told I had to ring back then the advisor hung up on me.

Sorry to hear about this, have you been able to receive incoming calls at all in the past month or is this a total loss? Do you know if it's certain numbers which cannot call you?
