Landline no tone & cannot make calls. line

Landline phones not getting dialling tone. All tested for ringer volume, battery etc.

A clicking sound can be heard in the line. Cannot be used even to report fault to Virgin Media. Please advise

Thank you for making this post regarding the landline issues you are experiencing, I'm sorry to hear that you do not have a dial tone at the moment.

Thank you for responding to my private message. I have checked the systems and unfortunately there is an area fault currently affecting your landline service. Engineers are working on the issue and the estimated fix time is 21st April at 18:35pm. Please do keep me posted on how things are working for you following the estimated fix time!
