I too am having problems with my landline. I have no dial tone so cannot send or receive calls. I have checked connections and all seems good. I have rang my landline number from my mobile and it shows as “user busy”. I recently have installed a new Hub 4.

I'm sorry to see you are having issues with your landline.
I have managed to locate your account using your forum details and can't see any obvious reasons as to why these issues are occurring.
I will send you a PM so I can take a look at this further.
