Hi looking to resolve the issue of my landline number not porting. I joined virgin media a couple of weeks ago after leaving sky . I was reassured that number would port no problem. Still no further progress, sky are saying the number is lost!! I would be most grateful for any help on the best way to resolve this, thanks

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your Port in.
I have been able to locate your account and would like to assist with this.
