My landline is not live, though callers hear ring-tone.

Same issue a few weeks back - engineer fixed at street-level.

Unable to phone faults as - guess what? - no phone.

Please can you tell me if you are unable to call out? Or if people are calling the landline and you can not hear it ring?

At my end there is no dial-tone and no connection. But callers hear it ringing, though I don't.
