Landline is Down

Hi,

My landline is not working. I know the phone isn't the problem because it works on another line and I have tried another working phone on the landline and it doesn't work. When I pick up the receiver there is no tone whatsoever.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with Landline and thank you for ensuring the handset is not at fault.
Id like to take a look into this for you and book an engineer to come out.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available.

You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to 
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone.

Hi Gareth,

Everything seems to be fine now. No problems so far (touchwood).

The old line has been disconnected and a new one has been connected to the router.
