My vunerable mother in law has no dial-tone currently on [removed. I have used the line test on the site, and it's showing no errors. Who could I call to resolve this?

Thank you for confirming the details over PM.
I can see that there is currently an outage affecting the area and causing issues with the landline service. I'm afraid that we currently don't have an estimated fix time for this particular outage, but we are aware and working on the issue.
