Hello, my landline has been down for 2 days, no easy way of contacting Virgin and the online status check is saying all ok. I have carried out all the suggested checks etc but still no landline. Please can someone from Virgin resolve?

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the landline.

Just to confirm- have you been able to test a different handset? Is the phone plugged into an extension or the master socket?
