Landline down - no service status issues

All our Virgin Media services are down, the Service Status page shows that a technician is working to restore Broadband and TV but there are no issues with Landlines. However, our Landline is down, with no dial tone. Trying to report the fault just leads to a circular process referring me back to the same starting page each time - how do you break this circle to report a fault?

We do not have access to the fault issues unfortunately, it may have been. Did anything other than your services drop out?

Further investigation, by one of our local councillors, has found out that a major power failure in the area did damage one of your cabinets, which has now been fixed. I'm surprised that your service status update didn't mention there was a fault, as it was affecting all the customers connected to that cabinet.

We're sorry to see there was no further info provided on our service status page at the time in regard to the area issue.
We're glad to hear it's now been fixed though, could you please confirm if your services are now working fine or you still need some help with that?
