Contacting the department responsible is not an issue & has been done many times previously.

Ensuring the department responsible gives updates & ensures that your contractor actually performs the tasks asked of them is another matter entirely.

Just a quick update. A team visited the box yesterday,  an electrician is needed to visit the box and this has been booked.

Given the current weather I expect another engineer will be attending soon for water ingress again.
