Landline dead. Neighbours on Virgin are OK. Cannot receive calls or make them

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your land line.

I have taken a look at things from our side and there is a current outage. 

You might find that your Virgin Phone service isn't working at the moment. 

We are investigating and working to resolve as quickly as possible. 

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

The estimated fixt time is 4pm tomorrow 1st June 2022.
