About 6 days ago, my landline started cutting out. It might be after 15 minutes, it might be after a few seconds. It happens on a phone plugged direct, and on the cordless.
There is no fault showing online and trying to access the help pages is like being on a merry-go-round, except no fun. A phone number to call? I can't find one.
Any advice gratefully received.

Really sorry about your landline cutting out on you, can I ask has this happened since the service has started?
Also to run through necessary checks, has the line been securely connected?

I've had the service for ages but this started recently. And we've checked the cables are connected properly.

It went really well - the engineer swapped us from the landline and rerouted it through the hub. All seems well.
