Landline converter cable

Hi,

My landline has stopped working and there is no dial tone. I think i need a telephone converter to plug into my hub but i do not have one. Can someone please advise.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your landline. Checking things this end, you are currently on our new telephone platform where the landline needs to be plugged in to the back of the hub. If you've not received an adaptor then we can certainly get one ordered for you.
