Landline completely dead.
Plugged phone direct into phone socket, nothing, no dial tone
Checked online, no problem
Sitting on hold.
Please advise as unable to work.

We're sorry to hear there is an issue with your landline at the minute.
Have you had any communication from us about any change/migration of the line from copper to fibre recently, by any chance?
Also, could you advise what services you have with us (internet, landline and TV - info can be found on your bills) and if you are experiencing and issue with any of them too?

I was speaking to Virgin Media and they have hung up.
Apparently with my new contract, where I asked for outgoing calls to be cancelled, only wanted to receive incoming calls the line has been cancelled.
I can't have my number that worked up until this week, that has been cancelled.
My landline is used for work for all my incoming calls.
