On 28 April your home phone service will be switched from the traditional phone line over to our fibre network. We need to replace your existing WiFi Hub with a new Hub so you can make and receive phone calls over our fibre network. |
What you need to do |

Call us on 150 from a Virgin Media home phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to arrange delivery of the new Hub, which will come with everything you need to guide you through the self-install process. We can arrange a free technician appointment if we think you need one to help you with the switchover. You’ll need to verify your account info, so make sure you’ve got it handy. Received this email, but unable to connect on 150 or the 0345 number. Help please! |
