Landline Switchover

Been trying for a few weeks now to get an adapter sent out and still nothing.

Never been sent original adapter. 

Dealt with couple of people who stated now sent.

Still nothing and I am nearly a week without the use of a home phone which I pay for.

The VM forum team on here should be able to arrange this for you. They advise 5 working days for delivery. Likely they will be more reliable in doing this than others lines of communication to VM.

If you urgently need to get your phone working again do an online search for

'RJ11 plug to BT socket adapter'

as the thing VM supply is a generic telecoms part, usually available for a few pounds.

One of the VM forum team should reply here within a day or two.
