I have checked from our side also and there is nothing that stands out.
I can see you have spoken with Paul on a previous post back in April about the same thing and he had asked about putting the hub into modem mode to see if there is any difference. Was you able to complete what was advised?

Have you been able to take a look at our Speed Up page to see if this can help?
After running some internal checks on our systems, I cannot see any power level issues that would be impacting your speeds.
Do you have an alternative Ethernet cable to try out to see if the speeds change at all?
