I have no landline service, connected via plug and socket. Tested three different phones. 150 says not available at present ring later. Northampton area

I've been able to book a technician for you to get this sorted - you'll receive a text message confirmation of the appointment within 24 hours, but alternatively you can view the date/time through your My Virgin Media account too here.
