Hi,
We have had no landline since Saturday night at my house and my daughters across the road from me. I have rung on my mobile several times, but just receive the recorded message that Engineers are working on the problem. However, nothing is shown on the Service Status page - why not? My landline has never, ever been off for this length of time, even during a disastrous eight month contract with BT. Would appreciate the Service Status page correctly showing what is going on!

I have taken a look at things from our side and there is an outage.
You may find that your phone service isn't working.
We are investigating and will have this resolved as soon as possible.
