Hi

My phoneline (traditional PSTN) has gone silent this morning, I can neither receive nor make calls. It was OK yesterday evening.  Please fix.  Thank you.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your landline, I have looked into this and there is currently a fault with landline services in your area that has an estimated fix time of 4pm today but we hope that this can be resolved sooner.
