Hi, I had reported a problem with the ringer not working on my landline on 16th November. An engineer attended on 23rd November and said that the problem is at the exchange and the Networks team would have to fix it. He said he would pass the fault to the Networks team and that they would let me know when it was fixed.
Unfortunately, no one has been in touch. Today I discovered that my landline no longer has a dial tone.
Absolutely fed up with Virgin Customer Service as it's very difficult and time consuming to speak to a person.
Received an email from Virgin asking for feedback two days after the engineer visit, so they're not even checking whether the problem is fixed before sending emails.
Kindly advise on my next steps.

Can I ask regarding this how is your phone connected?
Is it through a fibre line or cable?

I'm not sure. I do know it is not through the hub. It's via a socket which may be fibre.
