Hi we need help as engineer should have given us our old number when he set up our hub, but instead we got a new number. How can we get our previous number back ?

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post.
Just to confirm do you mean a number from another provider? If so did you notify them that you were leaving so they could release the number for us to port over?

Yes we did let our old provider know, also when we contacted Virgin we were asked if we wanted to keep our old No. Which we did want t do.
