How do I arrange to be sent an adaptor to allow my home phone to be connected to my hub?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing some landline service issues recently. Can you expand on what issues you're facing exactly? For example, do you have no dial tone?

Have you been advised that your landline service has been switched to now operate via the router? If not then I'm afraid that providing you with an adapter won't alleviate your issues.

You would have to contact customer service so they can to a switchover if it’s available in your area
