Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the landline services.
Can you please advise me if your handset is running via the phone line or via the router?
If this is the phone line, can you please confirm if this is the master socket you're connected to?
Have you possibly also tried to use a different handset for the telephone services?

Hi, it is viaphone line, master socket. Tried disconnect and reconnect.
Also can't call from my mobile. Does not ring out at all.

Have you been able to try an alternative handset on the phone line?
Do you have any pieces of equipment connected to any of the extension sockets?

Nothing else connected to other sockets. We do not have a spare phone.
I think line is down. I should hear ringing when dialling from mobile.

Thanks for coming back to me @Daviespwhm, I've been able to take a closer look into the local area, and it appears that there is an outage on the landline services.
The outage is due to be resolved at 17:30 today.

Hi situation has not been resolved. Still no dialling tone, and can't dial from mobile.
