My landline cut out last night.
I checked the wired .box on the wall and noticed that there were two disconnected/loose wires, I tried plugging the phone into the socket on the right hand side INSIDE the box itself and the main phone worked but an extension did not.
I have tried searching the Virgin help pages but cannot find a solution as it would appear that I need a new wall socket.
